Thank you for shopping with us. Each piece we create is handmade and custom-designed specifically for you, which means every order is unique and made-to-order.

Because of the personalized nature of our products, please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If something arrives wrong, we will make it right. If your order: Arrives damaged, Has a manufacturing defect, or is incorrect due to our error

We will:

✔ Replace the item at no cost to you
✔ Continue to remake and resend your item until you are fully satisfied
We do not issue refunds in these cases — we resolve issues through replacements only.
Eligibility for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement:
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
You must provide:
Clear photos of the item
Photos of packaging (if damaged in transit)
Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in denial of the request.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
Your order was never produced or shipped due to our error
Your order was lost in transit and cannot be recovered
A replacement cannot be fulfilled
Refunds are not issued for:
Normal wear and tear
Minor variations (each piece is handmade and may vary slightly)
Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address, spelling, sizing)
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
Delays caused by carriers
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
However, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping issues.

Slight variations in color, size, or finish are normal and expected
These differences are not considered defects
