Thank you for your order! Each piece we create is custom and made specifically for you, which means additional time is required to ensure quality and accuracy.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.

During this time, we: Confirm your order details, Prepare your custom design, and begin production planning. Production Time (Made-To-Order Items) Because every item is  personalized:

Production takes 3–5 business days

This ensures your piece is made with precision and care. Shipping Time: Once your order is completed, it will be shipped via standard shipping:

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days (U.S.)

Shipping times may vary depending on: Carrier delays, Weather conditions, High demand periods Total Delivery Time: From the time you place your order, you can expect: 👉 7–12 business days total delivery time, Shipping fee isn't refundable since that goes to shipping your order and is not for us!

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. Shipping Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to: Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, delayed or Lost Packages. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for Carrier delays or lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist you.

Shipping fees are not refundable 

All shipping fees are final sale and strictly non-refundable. Once an order is placed and shipping charges are paid, shipping fees will not be refunded under any circumstances, including returns, cancellations, refused packages, delivery delays, lost packages, or unsuccessful delivery attempts. By placing an order with Willow and Wire, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all shipping fees are final and non-refundable.
